Spiraling thoughts

My mind is tied up in knots

So many mixed messages coming across

Every time I think I have completely healed…

I realize I missed a few spots

Inhaling love

Exhaling all my pain

Getting rid of the pain because I am tired of feeling drained

When the sadness takes over… I feel it in every cell

I feel it moving in through my veins

Scars, tears, pain

I am tired of shedding tears from the pain

The pain that leaves me with scars

If I must be honest

I am tired of the mental war

I just want to be sane

Meditating while I sit in lotus while I stare at the stars
